An appointment is short. Ovessa turns weeks of logs into something you and your doctor can read at a glance, and you decide who sees it.
The Summary, free
My Health → Summary shows a period of your choice: the last 30 or 90 days, six months, all time, or a custom range. The cards follow clinical order: cycle, symptoms, metabolic health, nutrition, supplements and medications, allergies and diet. Glucose, sleep and steps, which come only from Apple Health, carry a read-only badge.
The honesty rules are built in:
- Cycle length appears as an average with its range and variability, and only once there are at least two period starts.
- Missing numbers stay missing, shown as “—”, never as zero.
- Estimates are labelled as estimates.
The doctor-ready PDF, with Premium
Share report for your doctor turns the same period into a clean, multi-page US Letter PDF, with a preview of page one before you share it. The Summary and the PDF are drawn from the same figures, so the screen and the paper can never disagree. It contains your data, not interpretations: no diagnosis and no advice.
- It is made on your iPhone and goes only where you send it through the share sheet: AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Files or a printer.
- Your name is optional. Leave it blank and the report shows no name.
The PDF is part of Premium. If you’re on Free, tapping it shows the offer, which you can close; the Summary stays free for any period.
Your raw data, always free
Settings → Privacy centre → Export my data saves everything as CSV files plus a readme that explains them: cycle days, symptoms, custom symptoms, supplements, their schedules and intakes, weight, your diet profile, meals and their items, and scanned products. Dates use the standard ISO format, decimals don’t depend on your region, and an unknown value is left empty rather than written as 0.
CSV export is free with or without Premium. Because I never receive your data, I can’t restore it if your phone is lost, so an export from time to time is a good backup.
Where the files go
The report and the export are written to a temporary folder that is cleared each time, and they leave your iPhone only when you share them. Nothing is uploaded on the way. Settings → Privacy centre → What’s stored & where shows live counts of everything Ovessa keeps on your phone.
